In Supplementary Table S1, the position and sequence of primer gyrB1043R were incorrect. The correct position is 1061–1043 (not 10161–1043) and the correct sequence is 5′-AGCTTGTCCTTSGTCTGCG-3′ (not 5′-AGCTTGTCCTTSGTCTGCCG-3′). A corrected version of the Supplementary Table is now available from IJSEM Online.
