List of new names and new combinations previously effectively, but not validly, published - Validation List no. 107

International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology vol. 56, part 1, pp. 1-6

The following are addenda to the Validation List:

(1) Deltaproteobacteria Kuever et al. 2006 is a later homotypic synonym of Deltabacteria Cavalier-Smith 2002.

(2) Geobacteraceae Garrity et al. 2006 appears in Validation List 107. However, Geobacteraceae Holmes et al. 2004 has priority.
