Arthrobacter bergerei sp. nov. and Arthrobacter arilaitensis sp. nov., novel coryneform species isolated from the surfaces of cheeses, by F. Irlinger, F. Bimet, J. Delettre, M. Lefèvre and P. A. D. Grimont

International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology vol. 55, part 1, pp. 457 - 462

Supplementary Table. DNA-DNA reassociation among strains of two novel Arthrobacter species isolated from cheeses and related type strains.

Supplementary Fig. A. Extended unrooted tree based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showing the phylogenetic relationships of Arthrobacter arilaitensis sp. nov., Arthrobacter bergerei sp. nov. and other members of the genus Arthrobacter. The tree, constructed by the neighbour-joining method, was based on a comparison of approximately 1400 nucleotides.

Supplementary Fig. B. Dendrogram and schematic representation of ribotypes for the 14 strains assigned to Arthrobacter bergerei sp. nov. and Arthrobacter arilaitensis sp. nov. obtained after restriction with PvuII and BglI.
