Brevibacterium celere sp. nov., isolated from degraded thallus of a brown alga, by E. P. Ivanova, R. Christen, Y. V. Alexeeva, N. V. Zhukova, N. M. Gorshkova, A. M. Lysenko, V. V. Mikhailov and D. V. Nicolau

International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology vol. 54, part 6, pp. 2107 - 2111

Supplementary Figure. Phylogenetic position of B. celere sp. nov. KMM 3637T according to 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, including ‘B. sanguinis’ and a number of other reference sequences. The topology shown was obtained using the bioNJ algorithm and 1000 bootstrap replications with Kimura’s two-parameter correction for the distances. Bootstrap values (%) are indicated only for branches that were also retrieved by maximum-parsimony and maximum-likelihood (P<0.01) analyses; these branches should be considered as the only robust clusters identified by this analysis.

Supplementary Table. Cellular fatty acid composition of strains of B. celere sp. nov.
