International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology vol. 53, part 3, pp. 823 - 827

Supplementary Figure. Effects of temperature (A), pH (B) and sea salts concentration (C) on the growth of Sulfurihydrogenibium subterraneum gen. nov., sp. nov. Growth curves at different temperatures were determined in mjANHOX medium at pH 7.5. The effect of pH on growth was determined in mjANHOX medium containing various buffers at 65 °C over a range of pH values. The pH was adjusted at room temperature. The effect of sea salts concentration on growth was determined at 65 °C and pH 7.5. [PDF] (14 KB)
